"I'm writing in regard to my experience Friday in changing insurance coverage to a new vehicle I purchased. I interacted with Beth through both emails and phone calls. She had everything set up and ready for me to make the change. After I did all the paperwork at the dealership, I called Beth as she instructed and coverage was changed while I was on the phone with her. She even sent me the insurance ID cards with the new vehicle's information while we were talking. She was great throughout the process and relieved my anxiety about the timing of the change, making the whole process easy and convenient. I'll be sure to ask for Beth the next time I need to call about my insurance coverage."
